Unauthorized use of assets for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Compliance and Agreements: Customers must obtain explicit permission and enter into formal agreements with Pixili before using any assets for AI training purposes. Such agreements shall outline the terms and conditions of use, including but not limited to licensing fees, usage rights, and limitations.
4. Enforcement and Legal Action: Pixili reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with these restrictions. Any unauthorized use of assets for AI training purposes may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and termination of access to Pixili’s services.
5. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixili, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the unauthorized use of assets for AI training purposes.
